lounge/diner/kitchen area. The shower room is fully fitted
with electric shower. The flat is tiled throughout. Bed linen and one set of
towels per person are included. Additional towels are available at an extra
charge. Coin meter for electricity. TV DVD, fridge, microwave combo and electric hob.
The flat is situated at the rear of Iona on Lon Sarn Bach in Abersoch village. A short walk to the main beach, shops and golf course. There is an outside shower area for wet suits, a washing line and washing machine and coin operated tumble dryer - these have shared use.
Parking is available for one car only. Parking is beside the flats Flat B is accessed by 14 steps and is then all on one level. Flat A is accessed at ground level with a step into the flat. There is a small outside sitting area. The quiet location is ideally suited to a couple or small family. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
